The role involves monitoring safety performance, conducting inspections, ensuring statutory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across construction activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and monitor EHS management systems and company safety policies at the project site.\nConduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.\nEnsure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and project HSE standards.\nMonitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, excavation, electrical works, and confined space entry.\nConduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.\nInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain EHS records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.\nCoordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure availability of emergency response equipment.\nMonitor waste management, environmental compliance, and pollution control measures.\nTrack safety KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly EHS reports for management.\nEnsure proper use of PPE and enforce safe work practices across the project.\nMandatory Skills\nKnowledge of construction site safety management.\nRisk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).\nPermit to Work (PTW) system.\nIncident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.\nEmergency Response & Fire Safety.\nWorking at Height, Lifting, Excavation, and Electrical Safety.\nEnvironmental Management and Compliance.\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\nProficiency in MS Office and safety reporting.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.\nFull-time Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or Occupational Health & Safety.\nNEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely (preferred).\nOSHA certification will be an added advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 6 years of experience in EHS within Construction, Infrastructure, MEP, Power, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Projects.\nExperience in multinational project environments is preferred.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nStrong leadership and team coordination abilities.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.\nWillingness to work at project sites in Samarkand,
