Design Engineers shall work with a team of Draughtsperson to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPreparation of design documents.\nReview of Detailed Engineering Drawings from Steel Manufacture & pre-cast manufacture \nSubmission of Structural drawings & design document and to client for seeking approval\nPreparation of EDDR &VDDR. \nCoordination with Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design and drawings\nPreparing & checking BOQ and material with respect to previous projects\nPreparation of Design Basis Report for seeking approval from client regarding SOW.\nInteraction with Client for Drawing Approval and Clarification\nInteraction with Site for Clarification on drawing\nOptimize the structural quantities limiting the quantity with bidding quantity & at the same time meet the client requirement.\nCommunication with interdisciplinary for getting civil inputs. \nPreparing mark up for drafting. \nChecking of drawings submitted by Draughtsperson. \nPreparation of pre-bid queries, Rising technical Query with client , Solving issue with Client & Sub -Contractor with design. \nStudy of clarifications & amendments, Soil investigation report (SIR), Tender drawings.\nSoftware Skills Required:\nDay to day Analysis & design: STAAD, ETABS CONCISE BEAM ,LIRA SAPR..\nDrawing: AUTOCAD & REVIT (not mandatory for working)\nStructural Detailing: TEKLA \nProficient in MS Office \nTechnical Expertise:\nThe Design Engineer shall be capable of performing the analysis & design, drawings of structural & civil elements covering the following with local design (KMK, GOST SHNK) & international standards. \nSite Grading & Embankment Design\nTower & Girder Design along with Foundation\nOutdoor equipment Supporting Structure Design & Foundations, \nSubstation Control room buildings, \nFFPH & Water tank Design\nTransformer foundations & firewall, \nGuard house, \nWarehouse & O&M Buildings \nRoads and drainage, \nMiscellaneous works like Cable trench, Boundary wall etc related to the substations and cabling works. \nDesign Engineer - Civil shall be able to review Vendor engineering documents with respect to Civil & Structural design. \nAble to review of fabrication / detailed drawings for steel supporting structures. \nThe Engineer should be proficient in Steel structures, RCC structures & Geotech aspects. Knowledge of Site conditions, Topographic Conditions, environmental conditions for design calculations.\nQualification & Experience:\nB. Tech. in Civil / M.
