The candidate will work across BIM, engineering models, and 4D/5D simulations to deliver high-fidelity digital representations of assets during project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Digital Twin Development for EPC\nDevelop project-phase digital twins aligned with engineering design and construction workflows\nCreate integrated models combiningD-Twin, BIM (3D), schedule (4D), and cost (5D) data\nSupport digital continuity from concept design to as-built models\n2. Engineering & Design Integration\nIntegrate multi-disciplinary engineering models (civil, mechanical, electrical, piping) into a unified twin\nWork with tools like Dassault , Navisworks, Bentley, AVEVA, or Hexagon platforms\nEnsure alignment between engineering deliverables and digital twin models\n3. Construction Simulation & Planning (4D/5D)\nDevelop construction sequencing simulations (4D) using scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)\nLink project schedules and cost estimates to digital models for progress tracking and forecasting (5D)\nIdentify clash detection, constructability issues, and optimization opportunities\n4. Data Integration & Information Management\nEstablish data pipelines connecting:Engineering design systems\nProcurement systems\nConstruction progress data\n\nEnsure adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) practices\nImplement data standards (CFIHOS , BIM standards)\n5. Progress Monitoring & Digital Reporting\nEnable visual project tracking using digital twin dashboards\nIntegrate field data (e.g., drone scans, LiDAR, site updates) for progress validation\nSupport real-time or near real-time construction performance insights\n6. Collaboration Across EPC Stakeholders\nWork closely with:Engineering teams (design consultants)\nProcurement teams\nConstruction/project management teams\n\nFacilitate digital coordination and stakeholder alignment through the twin\n7. Handover & Digital Asset Delivery\nPrepare as-built digital twin models for project handover\nEnsure data readiness for transition to operations digital twin (if applicable)\nMaintain traceability of design changes and construction updates\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree /Diploma in:Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer / IT Engineering \nConstruction Engineering / Project Management\nBIM / Digital Engineering or related field\n\n4-10 years of experience in:EPC projects / infrastructure / industrial projects\nBIM and digital engineering environments\nConstruction planning or project controls\n\nStrong familiarity with:BIM tools (Hexagon, Dassault, Navisworks, Aveva , etc.)\nScheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)\nData integration platforms\n\n?
