and third-party devices.\nHMI Development\nDesign and develop intuitive, user-friendly HMI/SCADA interfaces.\nImplement alarm management, trend displays, recipe handling, system diagnostics, and data logging functions.\nConfigure communication between HMI and PLC using standard industrial protocols.\nTesting & Commissioning\nConduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).\nTroubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues during installation, startup, and commissioning.\nWork closely with mechanical, electrical, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.\nProvide technical support during customer acceptance and production ramp-up.\nTravel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and technical support as required.\nDocumentation & Quality\nPrepare and maintain PLC software documentation, functional descriptions, I/O lists, control narratives, test procedures, and commissioning reports.\nMaintain software version control, backups, and change management records.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company engineering practices.\nAdvanced Technologies\nSupport integration of robotics, vision systems, and motion control applications.\nParticipate in Industry 4.0 and IIoT initiatives, including data acquisition, diagnostics, and remote monitoring
