Proficiency with shared storage technologies (NAS), Microsoft operating systems, Structured Query Language (SQL)\n10. Ability to support and resolve a wide range of daily technical issues; eagerness to investigate and learn new technologies\n11. Strong ability and emphasis on automation where applicable; provisioning and patching of endpoints\n12. Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills, and follow-through\n13. Graduate Engineer with CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Certifications preferred.\n14. Working knowledge of cybersecurity is required.
