HSE&Compliance

  • EnsurecompliancewithcompanyHSEpolicies,projectspecifications,andinternationalmarinetransportationstandards.
  • ParticipateinHAZID,HAZOP,SIMOPS,JSA,toolboxtalks,andriskassessmentsrelatedtoloadoutactivities.
  • Monitorimplementationofsafetycontrolsduringtransportationandloadtransferoperations.
  • Investigateandreportloadout-relatedincidents,nearmisses,andnon-conformities.

TechnicalCoordination

  • Liaisewithstructural,transportation,marinewarrantysurveyors,andclientrepresentatives.
  • Monitorstructuralbehaviorduringloadoutandtransportationoperations.
  • Coordinatesea-fasteningfabricationandinstallationactivities.
  • Ensureallloadoutequipmentcertificates,inspectionrecords,andtestreportsarevalidandavailable.

Documentation&Reporting

  • Prepareloadoutschedules,progressreports,lessonslearned,andcompletiondossiers.
  • Developandmaintainloadoutchecklists,inspectionrecords,andoperationaldocumentation.
  • Supportprojectteamsduringclientauditsandcompliancereviews.
