The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC engineering, and a proven track record in project management. HVAC Design/ Engineering experience in major infra projects is preferred.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage the HVAC & Fire engineering team to achieve project goals.\nDesign and development of HVAC/FPS systems, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with relevant regulations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC solutions into overall project plans.\nReview technical specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.\nParticipate in project planning, budgeting, and bidding for various projects.\nStay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.\nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.\nDevelop conceptual and detailed design for HVAC and its interfaces with other systems.\nPerform required calculations (manual as well as software based) for the designing of the system.\nReview of vendor submittals and shop drawings for confirming compliance to the project requirements.\nReview of detailed BOQ as well as bidding BOQ\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.\n15 to 18 years experience in HVAC & Fire engineering.
