manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and site delivery milestones.\nForecast material requirements and coordinate manufacturing clearances in line with project schedules.\nTrack vendor and subcontractor deliverables against contractual milestones.\nSupport timely mobilization of suppliers and subcontractors.\nProject Controls & Commercial Support\nPrepare cost summaries and mobilization estimates based on received quotations.\nDevelop techno-commercial reports to monitor project financial performance and overall project health.\nAssist in cash flow forecasting, cost-to-complete monitoring, and project performance analysis.\nSupport change management, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations when required.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commercial teams for schedule updates.\nParticipate in progress review meetings with SEC, National Grid, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.\nSupport project management in identifying risks and implementing mitigation
