Led the of project management team to complete the project within time\n2\nframe and budgets.\n? Maintain MIS report for project profitability, Project Valuation Report\n(PVR), Job Cost Report (JCR).\n? Responsible for complete cost analysis and visibility on project\nprofitability to Management\n? Develop and implement project cost control tools, invoicing procedures,\nissue regular project cost control report, and coordinate with the finance and\naccounts department for Financial Profit & Loss Statement\n? Involved in contracts management, project close out and change order\nmanagement.\n? Measuring project performance with Earned Value Analysis, schedule\nand cost performance indices, incident frequency rate, and incident\nseverity rate.\n? Preparing monthly and final client bills.\n? Rate analysis for Piece rate works for sub-contractors.\n? Preparing sub-contractors'/ labor contractors' work orders.\n? Preparing monthly cash flow statement\n? Preparing monthly consumption report of direct materials as per the work\ndone for the month.\n? Reconciliation of direct materials as per the actual consumptions on\nquarterly basis\n? Cost Analysis for hired plants for each activity on daily basis with\nrespect to plant unitization at site.\n? Certification of the sub contractor's/PRW contractor bill.\n? Identifying extra works and preparing rate analysis for extra works.\n? Preparation of additional claim as per contract & Insurance claim\n?
