other relevant industry standards.\n\nMonitor product defects, failure trends, reliability issues, and supplier performance, and recommend improvement measures.\n\nPrepare quality reports, inspection records, audit findings, and project quality documentation.\n\nSupport commissioning, testing, and handover activities by ensuring that quality requirements are fulfilled.\n\nPromote continuous improvement, risk prevention, and quality awareness across project
