As an Engineer within PWCC, your role will be pivotal in design efficiency, conducting peer reviews for standardization and contributing R&D efforts for innovation.\nOversee multiple Precast Projects execution to set benchmarks, audit projects for standardized compliance across L&T Construction, track and showcase Precast Technology benefits in various infrastructure as well as buildings Precast Construction projects across India for all L&T Construction ICs. The role does not include direct execution responsibility but to monitor and catalyse QA/QC in Precast Construction. The role includes unique additional responsibilities of leading the EHS responsibilities specific to Precast Works\nQA/QC Responsibilities:\nLiaise with the Project Team/Site/Cluster/IC QC Teams on the quality related activities of the project to achieve established benchmarks.\nEnforce established global QA/QC benchmarks for Precast Construction across L&T Construction\nEnforce established standardized Method Statements for Precast Works and enforce the same at all sites using the Quality Teams at IC/Sites.\nEnforce established QA/QC Evaluation Criteria for Precast Yards and Site Installation\nConduct periodic Audits to ensure compliance\nConduct QA/QC training programs for Precast Construction\nBuild Knowledge Bank for QA/QC related issues/case studies/challenges and disseminate the same across L&T Construction \nEnsure implementation of Quality Management System in the project through QC Engineers / discipline QC Inspectors.\nReview all QA/QC Procedures / QC Plans and Work Instructions for adequacy against scope of work and revise, where required.\nEnsure relevant Codes & Standards, Specifications are available at site for reference. \nEnsure Quality System documents viz: QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans, Work Instructions etc., are available at pertinent locations of use.\nSafety Responsibilities:\nEnsure the implementation of EHS Policy & Integrated Management System for EHS at the project site specifically for Precast.
