Reviewing observation report for all Inspection,\ncommunicating recommendations to the concerned department.\n- Participating in Method Statement Preparation, giving recommendations for Safe\nOperation in methodology.\n- Participating in client-side EHS activity like Site Safety walkdowns and client EHS Meeting,\nClient-Side EHS Audit. Following up for Client Side EHS Observation Closure, NC.\n- Organising for internal EHS Walk Down.\n- Making review of EHS Performance indicator and taking necessary action to increase the\nEHS performance.\n- Preparing an environment monitoring plan and making necessary arrangements to conduct\nthe same.\n- Reviewing training needs and making arrangements for internal and external training.\n- Preparing a legal and Statutory Register for the site and reviewing the implementation of Legal\nand Statutory Requirement.\n- EHS Committee formation and Organizing for EHS Committee Meeting, EHS Committee\nWalk Down.\n- Reviewing HIRA and EAI for activity/material used, making revisions in case of necessity.\n- Participating in internal audits and following up for closure of observations or NC.\n- Preparing a monthly EHS Report detailing the Safety Statistics, Incident/First Aid,\nActivities Done, Planned for Next Month.
