experience in power semiconductor device design.\nStrong expertise in SiC MOSFETs, SiC diodes, GaN HEMTs, or advanced silicon power devices.\nAdvanced knowledge of semiconductor device physics and wide bandgap materials.\nExpert-level experience with TCAD simulation and model calibration.\nExperience in device layout development and mask design.\nStrong understanding of silicon correlation and electrical characterization.\nKnowledge of reliability mechanisms including TDDB, HTRB, HTGB, HTOL, UIS, avalanche, and short-circuit ruggedness.\nExperience in JMP, Minitab, or other statistical tools.\nFamiliarity with JEDEC and AEC-Q101 qualification standards.\nExperience collaborating with external foundries are desirable.\nPatent contributions or published technical work are
