actions.\nOrganize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.\nMonitor permit-to-work systems and high-risk activities.\nReview contractor safety performance and compliance.\nPrepare EHS reports, statistics, and management presentations.\nCoordinate internal and external EHS audits.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in safety culture and environmental performance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering.\nNEBOSH IGC mandatory.\nIOSH Managing Safely or equivalent preferred.\nExperience\n8-15 years of EHS experience in construction, EPC, power, renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.\nExperience handling large-scale projects and client interactions.\nSkills\nStrong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.\nIncident investigation and root cause analysis.\nRisk assessment and hazard identification.\nLeadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting tools.\nPreferred Certifications\nNEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)\nIOSH Managing Safely\nFirst Aid & Fire Safety Training\nLead Auditor Certification (ISO 45001/14001)
