Utility Services\nManage installation of potable water systems, sanitary systems, drainage networks, and utility infrastructure.\nEnsure all plumbing works meet project requirements and local regulations.\nCoordinate testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.\nQuality Management\nEnsure all MEP works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.\nCoordinate inspections with QA/QC teams and client representatives.\nMonitor installation quality and implement corrective actions when required.\nEnsure closure of quality observations and punch list items.\nHSE Management\nEnforce project HSE policies and procedures.\nConduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with safe working practices.\nParticipate in safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.\nPromote a strong safety culture across all MEP activities.\nTesting & Commissioning\nCoordinate testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.\nReview commissioning procedures and test reports.\nEnsure systems are operational and ready for project handover.\nSupport project acceptance and close-out activities.\nStakeholder Coordination\nInterface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.\nAttend progress meetings and prepare project status reports.\nResolve technical and commercial issues related to MEP scope.\nEnsure effective communication between project
