The candidate will support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely completion of construction activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.\nDevelop baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and resource-loaded schedules.\nCoordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and subcontractor teams to collect progress information.\nTrack actual progress against the approved schedule and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.\nMonitor project milestones, critical paths, interfaces, and resource requirements.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.\nConduct schedule-impact and delay analysis and recommend corrective measures.\nSupport the preparation of extension-of-time claims, recovery schedules, and revised programmes.\nParticipate in progress-review meetings and follow up on agreed actions.\nMaintain accurate planning records, progress data, productivity reports, and schedule revisions.\nAssist in preparing manpower, equipment, and material forecasts.\nEnsure schedules comply with project, client, consultant, and RTA reporting requirements.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\n5-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for roads, highways, infrastructure, or civil/EPC projects.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.\nExperience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.\nGood understanding of construction sequences, critical-path analysis, resource planning, and progress measurement.\nUAE/GCC experience, preferably on RTA roads or infrastructure projects in Dubai, will be an advantage.\nGood analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.\nKey Skills\nPrimavera P6\nProject Planning and
