  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, 3D models, mood boards, and presentations.

  • Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, construction details, and finishing specifications.

  • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.

  • Review subcontractors’ submissions and follow up on site execution.

  • Participate in material selection, FF&E, and design development.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages.

  • Prepare technical presentations and reports for management.

  • Support Marketing with approved architectural materials and project information.

  • Assist in reviewing technical contracts and upgrading existing developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.

  • Good knowledge of shop drawings, construction details, and finishing materials.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in residential or resort developments is preferred.
