process discipline, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. \nThis position will be based at our West Chester, PA headquarters and follow a hybrid schedule. \nPrimary Responsibilities \nIndirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing \nManage procurement activities for indirect goods and services, including professional services, IT hardware and software, facilities, maintenance, temporary labor, marketing, travel, office supplies, equipment, and other corporate expenditures. \nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost, service, quality, and supplier performance. \nLead competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract-renewal activities. \nConsolidate fragmented purchasing activity and identify opportunities to leverage company-wide spending. \nPartner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, and select solutions that meet business needs. \nMonitor market conditions and supplier trends to identify cost risks and sourcing opportunities. \nPurchasing Controls and Compliance \nDevelop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls governing indirect purchasing. \nEstablish clear approval workflows, purchasing thresholds, competitive-bid requirements, and documentation standards. \nEnsure purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and supplier records are complete and compliant before commitments are made. \nMonitor off-contract, unauthorized, and non-PO spending and partner with business leaders to address gaps. \nSupport segregation-of-duties requirements and other internal financial controls throughout the procure-to-pay process. \nPartner with Finance and Internal Audit to support testing, documentation requests, and corrective actions. \nMaintain appropriate records to support audits, supplier reviews, and financial reporting. \nSpend Management and Reporting \nAnalyze indirect spending to identify cost-saving, demand-management, and supplier-consolidation opportunities. \nDevelop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into spending, savings, contract utilization, policy compliance, and supplier performance. \nTrack and validate negotiated savings, cost avoidance, and other procurement benefits in partnership with Finance. \nMonitor purchasing activity against budgets, contracts, and approved commitments. \nPresent findings and recommendations to functional and senior leadership. \nSupplier and Contract Management \nEstablish supplier-governance practices, including onboarding requirements, performance reviews, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. \nPartner with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to review commercial terms, service-level agreements, insurance requirements, data-security provisions, and renewal conditions. \nMaintain visibility into active contracts, expiration dates, pricing commitments, and renewal timelines. \nEvaluate supplier performance using cost, quality, delivery, service, and risk metrics. \nAddress supplier issues and lead corrective-action discussions when performance does not meet expectations. \nSupport supplier-diversity, sustainability, and risk-management initiatives as applicable. \nProcess Improvement and Cross-Functional Partnership \nEvaluate the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and implement improvements that increase efficiency, control, and user adoption. \nStandardize purchasing practices across departments and company locations. \nPartner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice, purchase-order, receiving, and payment discrepancies. \nSupport procurement-system enhancements, workflow automation, supplier-data improvements, and reporting initiatives. \nDevelop purchasing tools, templates, training materials, and communication resources for internal stakeholders. \nProvide guidance to business teams on sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier-management practices. \nPromote a culture of accountability, transparency, and responsible spending. \nQualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. \nSeven or more years of progressive procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience. \nAt least three years of experience managing indirect procurement categories or purchasing-control processes. \nDemonstrated experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract management, and spend analysis. \nStrong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, purchase-order controls, approval workflows, and financial compliance. \nExperience developing or improving procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls. \nAbility to manage multiple categories, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong analytical, financial, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP, procurement, contract-management, or spend-analytics systems. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience supporting indirect procurement within a manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or multi-site organization. \nExperience sourcing categories such as IT, professional services, facilities, temporary labor, marketing, logistics, or corporate services. \nFamiliarity with QAD or another manufacturing ERP system. \nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting and data-visualization tools. \nProfessional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, CPM, or CSCP. \nExperience supporting internal
