This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands how software systems & tools connect, has a strong eye for user experience, and thrives at the intersection of engineering and product.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nOwn the product vision and roadmap for a unified engineering tools platform spanning multiple tool and product lines\nLead UI/UX direction for the master interface, ensuring it is intuitive, consistent, and built around how hardware engineers actually work\nWork across multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and translate technical needs into clear product specifications\nAudit existing prototyped tools and define how they should integrate - data flows, APIs, shared standards, and a common interface\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and set performance and reliability standards as tools scale across the organization\nManage timelines, priorities, and dependencies with strong project management discipline, including roadmapping, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication\nSet guidelines for how engineers build and contribute new tools to the platform, including standards for AI-assisted development\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\n5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on UI/UX-heavy products\nProven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, specifically engineering-focused users\nExperience managing multiple product lines or a platform with several connected tools\nSolid understanding of system integration, APIs, data interoperability, and software performance\nStrong project management skills including roadmapping, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication\nHands-on design skills (e.g. Figma) with the ability to produce or critically review wireframes and prototypes\nAble to hold credible technical conversations with engineers;
