equipment specifications, heat and mass balances, associated process calculations, mechanical layouts, and drive vendor coordination\nTroubleshoot and complete root cause failure analysis on assigned projects\nResponsible for maintenance and development of calculation tools and other document templates\nCoordinate with a multi-disciplinary team for the development of conceptual design and estimates\nUnderstand the project delivery process and help define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals, safety and reliability, and improvement efforts\nQualifications\n5-10 years of experience as a mechanical or process engineer\nEffective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to both project team members and clients\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines\nExperience as a process engineer and project engineer coordinating multiple disciplines in the execution of large industrial capital projects is preferred\nExperience working on studies, estimates, and detailed design of power plants in an EPC role including proficiency with use and creation of P&IDs is preferred\nExperience with boilers, steam turbines, boiler feedwater treatment, condensers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, fans, tanks, compressed air systems, pipes, valves and other balance of plant equipment associated with power generation is
