This role owns project progress end-to-end across multiple markets simultaneously - from securing land and utility interconnection to engaging local stakeholders and regulators. The ideal candidate is a decisive operator who can build a roadmap from scratch, rally a cross-functional team around it, and push a project through ambiguity and hurdles toward a signed grid connection.\nAreas of responsibility include:\nProgram/Project Management\nDevelop roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing plans\nAccelerates projects through ruthless prioritization and critical path management, together with in-country teams \nAssigns and manages cross-functional team members (including product, engineering, licensing, and communications) in support of project progress\nLand Acquisition\nPrepares, negotiates, and closes land agreements, together with in-country teams \nManages land diligence efforts, including environmental, planning, and geotechnical\nGrid Application\nUtilize transmission and distribution maps/data to identify opportunities for expedited grid connections \nDevelop (with support from the engineering team), submit, and manage grid connection applications through the approvals process\nStakeholder Engagement/Permitting\nTravel and present projects to municipalities and local stakeholder groups \nResearch, draft, submit, and manage planning and non-nuclear permitting documentation to regulatory bodies\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics/Finance, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or other related discipline \n8+ years of professional experience, ideally in the fields of energy or sustainability \nHas led a project end-to-end through an investment committee or equivalent approval process, building a compelling case for a significant capital commitment\n\nHighly organized, with proven systems for managing many parallel workstreams and dependencies without dropping anything\nA proven track record of creatively solving problems and pushing projects past development hurdles, whether in permitting, interconnection, land, or stakeholder opposition, to keep them moving forward\nDemonstrated Project Development and Project Management skills \nStrong experience with Gantt charts and project scheduling tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)\nWilling to travel as needed (10-30%)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nEager to learn the specifics of nuclear project development, regulatory processes, and energy infrastructure;
