If you have a strong background in global payroll management, HRIS implementation, and systems optimization, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.\nThe job in brief:\nJob Title - Global Payroll & HR Systems Manager\nWorking model - hybrid from Switzerland\nTeam - you will join the People Operations team\nLevel - Manager, reporting to Head of Payroll\nLocation - Chiasso, Switzerland\nContract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)\nWhat your impact will be:\nLead end-to-end global payroll operations for all countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.\n\nOwn and manage all HR Systems (HRIS/HCM) globally, acting as the primary system administrator and continuous improvement driver.\n\nLead global HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance).\n\nEnsure global payroll and HR systems compliance and security protocols are met.\n\nManage relationships with external payroll providers and HRIS vendors worldwide.\n\nDevelop and maintain global reporting metrics on payroll, HR data, and systems performance for senior leadership.\n\nProvide expert guidance on best practices for payroll and HR systems configuration and data integrity.\n\n Your expertise:\nProven (at least 7 years) experience in Global Payroll management and HR Systems administration (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).\n\nDeep knowledge of complex multi-country payroll processes and compliance requirements.\n\nStrong experience in leading HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization projects.\n\nDemonstrated ability to embrace change and challenge the status quo to improve operational efficiency.\n\nStrong ownership of the global HR Systems perimeter, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English is essential.
