person, reporting to the Indian Finance Manager, will contribute to the accounting closing of the different local Indian entities and will oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying the financial transactions but will also have the opportunity to support the accounting teams who manage the other entities of the Group from the HQ based in Switzerland.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in the ERP system\nProcess invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, debit/credit notes, and petty cash transactions\nPerform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations\nMaintain fixed asset schedules and support cash flow reporting\nAssist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities\nVerify vendor invoices, purchase orders, GST details, and TDS applicability before processing payments\nEnsure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, ROC, and audit requirements\nSupport GST return filing, reconciliations, and compliance follow-ups\nHandle TDS deductions, payments, remittance, return coordination, and certificate support\n Liaise with the Finance Manager to improve financial procedures\nCoordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on finance and compliance matters\nAssist on GST refunds, including the generation of EBRC copies.\nFiling/coordination on monthly Non STPI and other RBI related returns.\nSkills & Experience:\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics\n3-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit\nStrong knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance\nGood analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nAbility to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and maintain high accuracy\nAbility to work in a team and to communicate at all levels of the organization and with colleagues of other Countries\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, frequently under time pressure\nCross-cultural sensitivity, self-motivated and used to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment\nDesirable:\nExperience with Microsoft Business Central ERP\nInterest in using AI tools to improve accounting processes\nExperience in one of the big4 audit firms will be considered a
