You’ll work with customers from onboarding through ongoing optimization, building integrations and solutions that address real operational needs.\nYou’ll also contribute directly to product development by building features, MVPs, and scalable solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.\nThis role is best suited for an independent engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, working directly with customers, and moving quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer-Facing Engineering: Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.\n\nFull-Stack Development: Build applications, tools, and customer solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.\n\nAI/ML Development: Build and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.\n\nIntegrations & APIs: Build and manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs to ensure reliable customer workflows.\n\nProduct Development: Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly address customer needs and business outcomes.\n\nCustomer Optimization: Use customer feedback and evolving requirements to continuously improve AI solutions and workflows.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.\n\nProject Ownership: Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and customer impact.\n\nTechnical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nStrong full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.\n\nHands-on proficiency with Python.\n\nExperience building and implementing AI/ML applications.\n\nPractical experience with LLMs, prompting, and AI optimization.\n\nExperience working with APIs and third-party integrations.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and make decisions without heavy oversight.\n\nComfortable working in an environment where priorities change quickly and engineers are expected to solve problems end-to-end.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience at a FAANG or high-growth AI company, or as a founder/early engineer of a startup you built from zero\n\nPrior forward deployed, solutions, or sales engineering experience: you've shipped production code directly in customer environments\n\nHands-on AI/ML experience: LLMs, voice AI, agent workflows, or production ML systems\n\nStrong data architecture and system design skills: you can scope an integration, design the pipeline, and own it end to end\n\nComfortable in front of enterprise customers: you can run a technical discovery, push back on a VP, and translate business problems into working systems\n\nCompensation & Logistics\nLocation: Hybrid, CDMX, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires.\n\nCompensation: Competitive salary in USD + stock options.\n\nBenefits: Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like in the First 3-6 Months\nSuccessfully onboard and support customers through technical implementation.\n\nBuild and ship customer-facing features, integrations, and MVPs with limited oversight.\n\nBecome proficient in the company's AI platform, APIs, and technical stack.\n\nImprove AI workflows through effective prompting, voice configuration, transcription optimization, and continuous iteration.\n\nEstablish strong working relationships with customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.\n\nTake ownership of multiple customer projects while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes on tight timelines.\n\nCompany Overview\nOur client is a Y Combinator-backed company building infrastructure that enables enterprises to deploy and orchestrate AI workforces.\nIts AI workers go beyond basic communication.
