One week it’s finance, the next it’s hiring, a customer contract, an AI partnership, or an infrastructure bill that doubled overnight.\nYou’ll work directly with the COO and Chief of Staff on the company’s most important problems. This isn’t a support role or a ticket queue. You’ll get real problems with real stakes, and you’ll be trusted to figure them out. It’s one of the fastest ways to learn how a high-growth company actually works.\nWho you are\nFast learner. You don’t need to know how to do something yet. Give you a week and you’ll know it better than most.\n\nGets things done. You finish what you start, follow up, and close loops without being chased.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity. Hand you a messy, half-defined problem and you’ll come back with structure and a plan.\n\nDetail-oriented, with the bigger picture in mind. You sweat the small stuff because you understand how it connects to everything else.\n\nClear communicator. Concise in writing and in person, and equally at home with engineers, scientists, salespeople, and founders.\n\nLow ego, high ownership.
