You’ll manage busy schedules, travel, and meetings, follow through on key priorities, and find ways to help the team work more effectively. This hands-on role offers visibility into company priorities and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we grow.\nMust be willing to work onsite from our NYC office - expected 3 days a week.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage complex calendars for multiple executives across time zones, balancing competing priorities and protecting focus time.\n\nCoordinate internal, customer, and external meetings; prepare agendas, take notes, and drive follow-ups.\n\nDraft clear, professional communications on behalf of leadership.\n\nPlan domestic travel, create useful itineraries, and quickly resolve delays or changes.\n\nTrack expenses and receipts, and support offsites, customer visits, and company events.\n\nBuild organized shared resources, simple processes, and templates that help the team work more effectively.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders, including complex scheduling and travel coordination.\n\nStrong judgment, exceptional organization, and close attention to detail.\n\nClear written and verbal communication and discretion with confidential information.\n\nA proactive approach: you spot what needs to happen
