Founded by Sriram “Sri” Somasundaram and Rishabh Jain, Latent has raised $80 million from Transformation Capital, Spark Capital, Conviction, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others.\nThe Role\nWe're building the design function at Latent, and we're looking for a Product Designer to shape the next generation of clinical AI products. You'll join a growing design team and own design end to end, from early problem framing through shipped product. You'll work directly with engineering, product, and customers to make complex clinical workflows feel simple.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Design & Ownership\nOwn the full design process from discovery through delivery for core product areas\n\nMake smart tradeoffs between speed and polish to keep shipping without sacrificing craft\n\nEnterprise & Workflow Design\nDesign complex, multi-user workflows for clinical and operational teams at large health systems\n\nTranslate dense healthcare processes into clear, intuitive product experiences\n\nHandle edge cases, permissions, and system states that come with enterprise software\n\nDiscovery & Customer Insight\nWork directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and pain points\n\nTurn ambiguous problems into clear product direction\n\nBalance user needs with long-term product vision\n\nDesign Foundations\nEstablish design standards and processes that grow with the team\n\nPartner closely with engineering on implementation quality and handoffs\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEnterprise experience: You've designed complex workflows, multi-user systems, and operationally dense software, and you know how to make powerful tools feel simple\n\nEnd-to-end ownership: You've built products from scratch and defined what to build, not just designed within existing patterns\n\nSelf-Directed: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive from problem to shipped product without heavy process or hand-holding\n\nFast and high craft: You ship quickly, know where to cut scope, and know where to hold the line on quality\n\nProduct thinking: You care about what we build and why, and have opinions about product direction, not just UI\n\nCollaboration: You work well across engineering, product, and GTM, and can explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nStartup Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments -
