The objective is to reduce manual regression effort while maintaining confidence that migrated workloads produce functionally equivalent results.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Define migration testing and reconciliation strategy.\n\n- Analyze existing PowerCenter workload outputs and expected results.\n\n- Build automated source-versus-target validation.\n\n- Automate: row-count validation, schema validation, data-type validation, aggregate comparison, record-level reconciliation, null/default handling validation, duplicate detection, and transformation-rule verification.\n\n- Create reusable migration test harnesses.\n\n- Support regression testing across migration waves.\n\n- Generate migration test evidence and exception reports.\n\n- Support performance and batch-window validation.\n\n- Identify opportunities to use AI/LLM capabilities to accelerate test-case generation, mapping interpretation, reconciliation-rule generation, and exception analysis.\n\n- Integrate automated validation into CI/CD where practical.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong data testing and ETL testing experience.\n\n- SQL and Python.\n\n- Automated data reconciliation and ETL/data migration validation.\n\n- Database and file comparison.\n\n- Test automation frameworks.\n\n- Understanding of batch-processing validation.\n\n- Experience testing high-volume data pipelines.\n\nStrongly Preferred :\n\n- Informatica PowerCenter, Snowflake, and dbt testing experience.\n\n- Experience developing migration reconciliation frameworks.\n\n- Experience applying GenAI/LLMs to software or data testing.\n\n- CI/CD experience.\n\nExperience :\n\n- 6 -
