The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise architecture, engineering delivery, stakeholder management, and large-scale program execution. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business and engineering teams while driving execution across multiple technology initiatives. Candidates with prior development experience in Java, .NET, or Python environments will be strongly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects and programs.\n\n- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.\n\n- Drive project planning, estimation, execution tracking, risk management, and delivery governance.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture discussions, technical dependencies, and solution planning.\n\n- Translate business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.\n\n- Monitor project health, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery quality.\n\n- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively.\n\n- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates.\n\n- Drive sprint planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination.\n\n- Support teams in resolving technical and operational challenges during project execution.\n\n- Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 12 - 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in project/program management.\n\n- Strong prior hands-on software development experience in at least one of the following :\n\n1. Java\n\n2. .NET\n\n3.
