Your work will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on driving outcomes.\nYou will:\nWork directly with clients to understand their business needs, constraints, and objectives and turn that information into concrete product requirements.\n\nTranslate those needs into a clear delivery plan: what will be built, in what order, by whom, and when.\n\nDefine and maintain the product roadmap with precise sequencing of features, dependencies, and timelines.\n\nWork closely with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to align on scope, priorities, handoffs, owners, and delivery expectations.\n\nBreak down large ideas into clear, actionable pieces of work that engineers and designers can execute on without ambiguity.\n\nMake prioritization decisions based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, capacity, and deadlines.\n\nPartner with clients to clarify user flows, edge cases, behavior, and required interactions, ensuring the product is understandable and usable.\n\nPartner with engineering to validate feasibility, adjust scope when needed, communicate tradeoffs, and keep delivery aligned and moving.\n\nCommunicate clearly with all stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on what is coming next, what is being worked on now, and what has changed.\n\nReview what ships, confirm it meets the intended need, gather feedback, and adjust future scope or sequencing accordingly.\n\nWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Product Lead with strong practical skills, someone who brings clarity, structure, and sound decision-making to complex product work.\nYou must bring:\n5+ years of product management experience, ideally across multiple projects or domains.\n\nA proven ability to turn business requirements into clear product direction: what we will build, in what order, and why.\n\nStrong prioritization instincts - you can weigh value vs. effort, handle dependencies, and make tradeoffs that keep teams moving.\n\nExperience writing clear product requirements, breaking work down, and defining the details needed for engineering and design to execute.\n\nStrong collaboration skills with TPMs, architects, engineering- you understand their workflows and how to coordinate across them.\n\nA practical, user-centered mindset: you think about how users experience the product, not just how it is built.\n\nExcellent communication skills - structured, straightforward, and able to communicate decisions, context, and changes to any audience.\n\nComfort working in ambiguity, shaping clarity, and driving momentum in environments where not everything is defined upfront.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nReal Impact: You’ll work on meaningful products with measurable impact, from healthcare to sustainability to next-gen tech.\n\nRemote-First, Office friendly: Work from wherever you’re happiest - whether that’s your home, a co-working space, or one of our physical offices.
