Latitude is headquartered in Pittsburgh with engineering centers in Dearborn, Mich., and Palo Alto, Calif.\nMeet the team:\nThe Enterprise Support l role will be a key member within the Enterprise Support team. The support scope of this position includes, but is not limited to G-Suite, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Windows, Entra, Jira, laptops, desktops. This role has the responsibility of imaging, deploying and provisioning assets to end users with the expectation of customer service excellence.\nThis contract will be 12 months in length.\nWhat you’ll do: \nProvide Tier I and Tier 2 support services\nAssist with ticket queue management and incident resolution\nDevice refresh deployment and migration support\nZoom Room refresh execution\nSID server build and deployment support\nStudio and All Hands event support coverage\nUser onboarding and off boarding support\nGeneral TechOps operational support\nAdditional duties may be assigned\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\nBachelor's degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree with two years of employment experience or a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with four years of employment experience is required.\n2+ years of IT desktop support experience for Apple MacOS, Ubuntu Linux\nProven strong analytical and problem solving skills\nStrong familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and other collaboration platforms\nExperience with automated desktop deployments using modern configuration management systems\nAdvanced understanding of Wired and Wireless Networking concepts, general troubleshooting steps and network tools\nJIRA, JAMF, Entra, Zoom and Splunk experience is desirable\nExtensive knowledge of computer hardware\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in an environment of changing priorities\nDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate across geographically distributed teams \nProven resourcefulness, creativity and troubleshooting skills\nExperience working in a fast-paced support role\nIP networking and subnetting knowledge\nBasic knowledge of networking technology and troubleshooting\nNice to have: \n3+ years of overall IT support experience\nFamiliarity with ITIL standards\nFamiliarities with Microsoft Outlook 365\nLearn more about Latitude’s team, mission and career opportunities at lat.ai!\n#LI-NC1\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
