configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components\nCustomize ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to): ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Workflow/Flow Designer\nDevelop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions\nBuild and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers\nSupport ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements\nCollaborate with system owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions\nEnsure solutions align with DoD and federal security, compliance, and governance standards\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and reliability\nDocument technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI Clearance (required)\n4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience\nDemonstrated experience developing ServiceNow solutions in DoD, federal, or large enterprise environments\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and platform architecture\nExperience supporting ServiceNow in a secure or regulated environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nAdditional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.)\nExperience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or custom application development\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems\nWork Environment\nWork performed in a secure, cleared
