compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nAssist with cash flow forecasting and management.\n Construction Accounting & Job Costing\nManage and review job cost accounting, ensuring accurate allocation of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.\nMaintain and prepare Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and revenue recognition using percentage-of-completion methods.\nMonitor project profitability and provide insights to leadership.\nCollaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project financial tracking.\nAccounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll Oversight\nOversee AP/AR processes, subcontractor billing, and collections.\nEnsure proper lien waiver tracking and subcontractor compliance.\nAssist with payroll accounting and job cost allocations.\n Compliance & Internal Controls\nSupport annual audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting.\nMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements and financial reporting standards.\nLeadership & Process Improvement\nSupervise and mentor accounting staff.\nIdentify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies.\nAssist with ERP/accounting system optimization and reporting
