detention/retention systems, and erosion control plans\nCoordinate designs with clients, project managers, and regulatory agencies\nPrepare construction documents, specifications, and permitting packages\nSupport project submittals and respond to agency review comments\nConduct site visits as needed to assess conditions and verify design elements\nEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field\n3+ years of experience in civil site development or land development engineering\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required\nExperience in site grading, storm water/drainage, and site layout design\nFamiliarity with local and state regulatory permitting processes\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nEIT or PE license preferred but not required\nPreferred Experience:\nCommercial, residential, or municipal site development
