day-to-day operations of grading, paving, and site development projects\nSupervise multiple field crews and coordinate subcontractors across job sites\nReview and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts\nMonitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards\nConduct regular site visits to evaluate safety, productivity, and workmanship\nManage project budgets, track costs, and support invoicing and billing processes\nReview and process change orders, submittals, and RFIs\nCoordinate materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency\nCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery\nEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)\n5+ years of experience in grading, earthwork, or sitework construction\n2+ years of experience in a Project Manager or leadership role\nStrong background in commercial paving, roadwork, or heavy civil projects\nProven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors\nExperience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and
