candidate understands federal financial processes, interagency agreements, and how Oracle EBS integrates with Treasury systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and audit readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the functional lead for Oracle EBS financial modules supporting Invoicing integration.\nLead requirements gathering sessions with federal stakeholders and translate business needs into Oracle EBS configurations.\nConfigure and support modules such as:\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nGeneral Ledger (GL)\nPurchasing (PO)\nProjects (PA), as applicable\nEnsure compliance with federal financial standards, Treasury mandates, and audit requirements.\nDevelop functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documentation, and testing plans.\nPartner with technical teams to support integrations, data conversions, and reporting enhancements.\nSupport UAT, system testing, and production deployment activities.\nAssist with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.\nProvide functional guidance during system upgrades or enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite functional experience.\nDirect hands-on experience supporting or implementing Invoicing within Oracle EBS.\nStrong understanding of federal financial management processes.\nExperience with federal intragovernmental transactions (IPAC / G-Invoicing transition).\nProven experience gathering requirements and writing functional design documentation.\nExperience supporting compliance, audit readiness, and financial controls.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and federal financial reporting.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with federal stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within a federal civilian or DoD agency.\nKnowledge of U.S. Treasury systems and federal financial data standards.\nExperience supporting Oracle EBS R12 environments.\nFamiliarity with Budget Execution and Funds Control processes.\nExperience in system modernization or ERP transformation initiatives.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting,
