requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify, evaluate, and qualify domestic and international suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment\nLead RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements\nDevelop cost-saving strategies and supplier partnerships\nCreate, process, and track purchase orders (POs) from entry through receipt\nEnsure data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems\nMonitor order status and resolve delays or discrepancies\nPartner closely with engineering and production teams\nAlign procurement with technical requirements and production schedules\nEnsure timely availability of materials to support manufacturing operations\nMonitor inventory levels and reorder points\nPrevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory\nTrack raw material pricing trends and prepare purchasing reports\nEvaluate supplier performance related to quality, reliability, and delivery\nAddress defects, shortages, and supplier issues\nImplement corrective actions when necessary\nRequired Qualifications\n6-9 years of procurement or supply chain experience\nStrong background working within a manufacturing environment\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems such as:\nSAP\nOracle\nIBM AS/400\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel including:\nPivot Tables\nVLOOKUPs\nData analysis and reporting\nStrong understanding of:\nManufacturing processes\nProcurement lead times\nReading engineering drawings and
