installation, configuration, and deployment of network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points\nPerform rack-and-stack, structured cabling coordination, labeling, and equipment documentation\nConfigure and support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including VLANs, trunking, and routing\nTroubleshoot complex network issues across wired and wireless environments\nSupport network upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects\nValidate network performance and ensure stability post-deployment\nMaintain and update network diagrams, asset inventories, and technical documentation\nServe as an escalation point for network-related issues\nMentor and guide junior network technicians\nCollaborate with network engineers, systems teams, and vendors\nParticipate in on-call rotations and scheduled after-hours maintenance as required\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in network support, network technician, or network operations roles\nStrong hands-on experience installing and supporting switches, routers, firewalls, and access points\nIn-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and routing concepts\nExperience working with enterprise networking platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)\nProven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues\nExperience working in data center, campus, or multi-site environments\nExcellent documentation, communication, and organizational
