configurations.\nApply DISA STIGs, security patches, and system hardening procedures to maintain compliance with DoD and organizational standards.\nSupport virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V) and assist with storage and network integrations.\nPerform system monitoring, backup, and recovery operations to ensure high availability and resilience.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure systems remain compliant with RMF and security baseline requirements.\nProvide Tier 2/3 support for escalated system and user issues related to Windows or Citrix systems.\nDocument configurations, changes, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret / SCI Clearance (TS/SCI)\n5+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator.\nStrong Citrix administration experience (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, StoreFront).\nProficiency in Windows Server management, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.\nExperience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.\nWorking knowledge of DoD security standards, STIGs, and RMF compliance processes.\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCitrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V).\nMicrosoft certifications such as MCSA or MCSE.\nExperience supporting environments within a DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal contractor setting.\nFamiliarity with SolarWinds, SCCM, WSUS, or similar management
