We prioritize not only great technical architecture but also an amazing product experience.\nThe Integrations team builds the product and platform capabilities that connect Lattice with the tools our customers rely on. The team has established Lattice’s first outbound integration pattern with Workday, launched an MCP Server now used by more than 100 customers, and is expanding into third-party productivity-data ingestion to power products including Auto Updates and Evidence-Based Reviews.\nWe’re looking for an Engineering Manager to help this team scale its impact: bringing integrations to market, building reusable platform capabilities and playbooks, and creating the operating rigor that allows each new integration to ship more effectively than the last.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Table\nYou have 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers. In this capacity, you have been responsible for guiding and coaching the development of your direct reports, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.\nExperience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams.\nProven record shipping and operating third-party integrations, managing partner dependencies and API reliability.\nStrong people leadership, including coaching for growth and promotion and addressing sustained underperformance.\nBuilds clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional decisions.\nEffective cross-functional partner to Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders; able to build alignment across complex discussions.\nConnects technical strategy to organizational goals and delivers measurable outcomes.\nExceptional written and verbal communicator who adapts effectively for executives, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable owning ambiguous, high-autonomy work and driving it to completion.\nEmpathetic, employee-centered leader committed to helping team members do the best work of their careers.\nDemonstrates Lattice’s values: Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Own The Outcome, and What’s Next?\nPreferred: experience with Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, and AWS.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation.\nCreate reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes that reduce the time and effort required to launch future integrations.\nMentor and coach engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning their development with team & company objectives.\nBring a relentless passion for continuous improvement for both engineering craft and processes.\nYou will ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers around the globe, while simultaneously enabling a rapid pace of development.\nYou will work with your team, Product, and Design to build new customer-facing products, and improve upon existing ones.\nYou will represent your team to the larger org. Ensure they receive public recognition for their success and take ownership of their failures.\n___\nThe estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $146,250 - CAD $195,000.
