If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nAccountabilities:\nThe general accounting position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls.\nManaged monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including period-open processes, currency revaluation, and translation runs across multiple ledgers.\nExecuted intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries to support accurate multi-entity financial reporting.\nPerformed monthly FX, CTA, and Other Income & Expense analyses as part of the close cycle.\nAdministered the full prepaid expense lifecycle - including amortization, reclassification, expiration, and new contract setup - across multiple legal entities.\nCompleted monthly balance sheet reconciliations as both Preparer and Approver, ensuring timely and accurate close sign-off.\nMaintained lease schedules and generated quarterly reports in compliance with lease accounting standards (ASC 842).\nPrepared monthly Asset & Liability and Accrued Liability Forecasts in coordination with cross-functional teams.\nSubmitted required government and regulatory filings on a quarterly and annual basis.\nConducted quarterly analytical reviews including Related Party Transactions, SaaS Classification, and Journal Entry population reviews.\nSupported SEC reporting processes (10-Q and 10-K) by preparing reconciliation workpapers and supporting schedules.\nCollaborated with FP&A, Treasury, and external auditors to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reported financial results.\nRequired Skills:\n· Bachelor of Science Accountancy\n· CPA is preferred\n· At least 5 years’ relevant experience.\n· Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system and Concur System\n· Self-Driven and has initiative to learn the system\n· Background in Sales Office Accounting is an advantage\n· Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP\n· Oracle ERP experience preferred\n· Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills\n· Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n· Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical issues to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization\n· Ability to lead meetings\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision\n· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nPhilippinesLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
