This role involves developing reference designs, demonstrating solutions, supporting customer integration, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RTL-level programming using Verilog, VHDL, or similar languages, and a solid understanding of FPGA design and system integration. The role will have significant engagement with customers, Field Application Engineering, R&D, Marketing and Sales staff.\nDevelop and maintain FPGA reference designs for server connectivity applications.\nDeliver solution demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engineering engagements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and user guides.\nTroubleshoot and resolve design and integration issues.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.\nProficiency in Verilog, VHDL, or equivalent RTL programming.\nExperience with FPGA tools and development environments.\nStrong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams across multiple global sites.\nExpertise in performing timing analysis and closure for complex FPGA projects is a definite plus.\nExperience with scripting languages (TCL, Bash, Python) is a plus.\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nPhilippinesLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
