The role will require close collaboration with global teams in multiple disciplines to successfully manage the scope, schedule, risk, reporting, issue resolution and resources of complex FPGA programs. The qualified candidate will drive cross functional engagements involving multi-functional teams to establish clear alignment between requirements and engineering priorities, and to deliver successful programs. They will employ the best program management practices to facilitate prioritization, planning, stakeholder management and ensure timely commitment delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and champion collective success.\nRequirements\nDrive the execution of Lattice’s FPGA Silicon programs through various development phases (architecture, design, verification, validation and release).\n\nEngage regularly with global stakeholders (Silicon, SW, SoftIP, HW, Operations, Marketing) to drive execution, issue resolution and successfully complete programs per plan.\n\nDiscuss and align on program roles, responsibilities, metrics, requirements and deliverables.\n\nWork with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requestsinto a working plan.\n\nManage schedule, scope, resource, risks and reporting to drive towards successful delivery.\n\nDrive cross-functional issue resolution per requirements.\n\nProvide regular communication to key stakeholders (executive leadership team) to ensure expectations, updates and decisions are aligned.\n\nCandidate profile\nSelf-motivated, intellectual curiosity, accountability.\n\nBS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExperienced in product lifecycle management for integrated circuit, packaging, validation, qualification, IP and/or software tools.\n\nExperienced in driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal/external dependencies and constraints.\n\nExperienced in driving alignment and accountability in program requirements and collaboration.\n\nTrack record in delivering products timely with high quality.\n\nPMP and knowledge/experience in FPGAs is a plus.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nMalaysiaLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
