The selected candidate will be involved in designing and optimizing firmware that powers our next-generation products. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn, innovate, and grow. It will also provide an opportunity to contribute to software development activities.\nRoles/Responsibility specifics:\nThis position is in Pune, India.\nThe candidate will be involved in assisting with the design, development, and testing of firmware for embedded systems.\nThe candidate will work on optimizing performance, reliability and resource utilization of the embedded systems.\nThe candidate will have to collaborate with the hardware and software teams to integrate debug and release firmware.\nThe candidate will actively participate in Code Reviews to ensure code quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams that are spread globally.\nDocument firmware design and development processes implemented by the candidate.\nQualification:\nBachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\n3+ years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.\nProficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.\nExperience with RTOS, RT-Linux or Bare-metal coding.\nFamiliarity with debugging tools and techniques.\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have):\nPython programming\nExperience with ARM architectures, FPGA, microcontrollers.\nFamiliarity with I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe.\nKnowledge of digital design, CMOS technology, basic electronics\nLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
