This position will be reporting to the VP of Sales.\nAccountabilities:\nManage Hyperscale Account(s) Globally\n\nHelp create, develop, and close related sales opportunities\n\nLead and drive team to achieve Global and National revenue goals\n\nWork collaboratively with existing Global team and Sales Leadership to support customers’ Infrastructure requirements, developing and providing technical solutions to meet their needs\n\nDeliver prepared sales presentations, utilizing support material describing products or services, to help existing and potential customers\n\nExplain and demonstrate Company capabilities, services or products, and answer questions from customers or prospects\n\nDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners\n\nUnderstand and help manage Global partners/program\n\nOwn and manage pipeline and forecast that supports the Hyperscale objectives.\n\nManage time effectively to achieve specific objectives daily, weekly, and monthly\n\nRequired Skills\nBachelor’s degree and/or MBA is desirable\n\nExperience managing inside or outside sales partners\n\nHighly energetic and results driven individual\n\nTravel occasionally nationally\n\n10 years’ experience selling into large nation and international companies\n\nExcellent presentation skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written skills\n\nResults driven with excellent time management, organizational, and overall execution skills\n\nStrong working knowledge of CRM\n\nPay & Benefits\nConsistent with Lattice Semiconductor values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
