Ensures accurate processing of employee compensation, payroll adjustments, and RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) vesting payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nExtract, validate, and submit monthly payroll data from Workday to the third-party payroll processor.\nCoordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.\nReview payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.\nProcess and release employee RSU vested payments and related payroll transactions.\nMaintain payroll records and supporting documentation.\nRespond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least with experience of payroll processing, payroll accounting or payroll administration\nExperience working with Workday, equity compensation programs (RSUs) and third-party payroll providers Familiarity is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.n skills.\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nPhilippinesLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
