If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nLicensing Operations\nAdminister software license generation, fulfillment, activation, renewal, and entitlement management processes.\nTroubleshoot licensing issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.\nSupport customers, partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders on licensing-related inquiries.\nMonitor licensing operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of entitlements and software licenses.\nMaintain licensing documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.\nFlexNet Operations (FNO) Administration\nServe as the primary administrator for the Revenera FlexNet Operations platform.\nConfigure and maintain products, packages, features, entitlements, trials, and user access controls.\nSupport enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities within the FNO environment.\nManage system integrations with enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and support systems.\nMonitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability.\nCustomer Experience & Process Improvement\nDrive initiatives to improve customer licensing workflows and self-service capabilities.\nAnalyze customer feedback and operational metrics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve fulfillment efficiency.\nEnhance customer-facing processes related to license activation, entitlement retrieval, and software access.\nPartner with stakeholders to simplify and standardize licensing procedures.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support teams to streamline licensing operations.\nParticipate in strategic projects related to licensing platform migrations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.\nGather business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities for licensing-related projects.\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate and analyze licensing operational reports and KPIs.\nMonitor system adoption, fulfillment performance, support trends, and customer experience metrics.\nProvide recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.\nSupport compliance, audit, and operational review activities.\nRequired Skills\n0-1 Year experience in Electronics, Semiconductors, Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, Marketing Communications, or related field\nEducation: BS in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent\nHas a good background of basic integrated circuit categories and functions (processors, analog, memory, etc.)\nKnowledge in scripting language such as Python.\nKnowledge in using AI tools such as Claude and CoPilot.\nProficient with data analysis and presentation using Excel, Powerpoint and similar tools.\nDriven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency.
