The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in taking customer requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This is a techno-functional role that requires deep, hands-on experience of Salesforce core products (CRM, ARM, etc.).\nThe suitable candidate will translate complex revenue and sales process requirements into scalable,\nSalesforce architectures, while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.\nThe immediate project for this candidate is a high-priority 'Oracle CX to Salesforce' migration initiative. \nRequired Experience\nDesigned end-to-end Salesforce solutions and implement them across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Planning and Compensation management. \nDesigned and documented data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Used AI tools to achieve the same.\nCollaborated with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize Customer Experience (CX) related solutions.\nConducted impact analysis for new releases and managed technical debt in previous jobs.\nFamiliar with API-based integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle SOA etc.), and external systems.\nProficient in technical skills like Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.\nPreferred Experience\nAgentforce Revenue Management (ARM).\nAny Incentive Compensation tool (Spiff/Everstage/Xactly).\nSalesforce Sales Planning.\nOracle CX applications (OSC, CPQ, EPM, ICM).\nExposure to Salesforce AI Agentforce.\nEducational Qualifications\nBS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.\nPay & Benefits\nConsistent with Lattice Semiconductor values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
