If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Firmware Engineer with strong expertise in UEFI, and ARM reference design, firmware components to design, develop, and bring up firmware on new hardware platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and debug UEFI firmware for system bring-up and production platforms\nLead porting efforts of UEFI to new hardware platforms, including early boot and hardware abstraction layers\nPerform board power-on, SoC initialization, and bring-up activities on new designs\nCollaborate with hardware, silicon, and system teams to debug low-level firmware and power-on issues\nIntegrate and maintain ARM SCP Firmware and Trusted Firmware-A (TF-A) as part of the secure boot chain\nAnalyze boot flows, power sequencing, and memory initialization to ensure platform stability\nCreate technical documentation for firmware design, bring-up procedures, and debug guidelines\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred\n7+ years of relevant experience in firmware, embedded systems, or platform bring-up roles\nStrong expertise in UEFI firmware development and platform porting\nProven experience in board bring-up and power-on debugging for new hardware platforms\nSolid understanding of ARM architecture and boot flows\nWorking knowledge of ARM SCP Firmware and Trusted Firmware-A (TF-A)\nProficiency in C language and low-level firmware development\nExperience with hardware debugging tools\nIn addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity.
