You will lead the technical development with a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the design and development of high-quality models for our products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the development and validation of models for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.\n\nUtilize simulation tools such as Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, or similar, to perform digital circuit analysis.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of circuit modeling engineers.\n\nCollaborate with design engineers to understand circuit requirements and specifications.\n\nCollaborate with internal customers/consumers of the models to assure their needs are comprehended and objectives are met.\n\nAnalyze simulation results and provide feedback to improve circuit designs.\n\nOptimize circuit models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.\n\nDocument modeling processes, assumptions, and results for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nStay updated with the latest advancements in circuit modeling techniques and tools.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.\n\nProven experience in circuit modeling and simulation.\n\nProficiency in using circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog, or similar.\n\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of semiconductor devices and circuit design principles is preferred.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nMalaysiaLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
